Sherri Fried

Ms. Fried is the CEO and founder of Red Stone.  She has 17 years experience in real estate, mortgage lending and finance.  Previously, she was employed at Goldman Sachs & Co. in its Investment Banking division.  Ms. Fried holds a Masters degree in Real Estate and Finance, and a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. 

Jamel Oeser-Sweat, Esq.

Jamel heads the legal division and title clearance matters. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He has authored law books and several scholastic articles. Prior to becoming an attorney, Jamel was a scientist conducting research in microbiology. Jamel received a Bachelors from New York University on a full scholarship. He went on to attend St. John’s University School of Law.

Matthew Mandl

Matthew is a Senior Title Officer at Red Stone and oversees all aspects of title insurance production.  Prior to joining Red Stone, Matthew held senior positions at prominent New York title agencies for over 10 years.  He is a principal member of the management team.  Matthew has a Bachelors in Liberal Arts from New York University.

Pam Fica

Pam focuses on title production as a Senior Title Officer.  A native Chilean, she adds Spanish-speaking capabilities to Red Stone’s services.  She has over 10 years of experience that demonstrate her detailed, expert work.  Pam holds a Bachelors in Psychology from Boston University.

David Feffer

David heads the recording department as well as title examinations. He has 16 years exerience examining property titles in New York. He was a Title Examiner at First American Title Insurance for 7 years and subsequently an independent title examiner for another 7 years. He is one of the most experienced, diligent and thorough examiners in the field today and is an invaluable asset to Red Stone.

John Cisneros

John heads the Escrow department, managing the funds and disbursements for closings.  Before Red Stone, he successfully held positions at various accounting and tax firms for 18 years.  John holds a Bachelors in Accounting from Rutgers University.

Jennifer Joaquin

Jennifer focuses on escrow management for Red Stone.  Previously she owned her own bookkeeping firm and has worked in accounting for over 12 years.  Jennifer received a Bachelors from Pace University in Public Accounting.

David Steiner

David leads marketing to new and existing clients.  He’s been a successful salesperson for twelve years in various industries, including insurance and financial services.  He has chosen to head the sales force at Red Stone and is an invaluable member of the team.
